Our story
We make 3D models of the places that matter to you. Your home, the street you grew up on, the town where it all started. Made in fine detail, framed, and made to stay on your shelf for years.
How it started
We're Kevin and Muasher, the co-founders of MountedMaps and a two-person team. We got into 3D printing in 2025, making gadgets for motorbikes and small things for the home, and it turned into our first business.
Then we wanted to make something more personal: a gift that lives in your home and brings back a memory every time you walk past it. A model where you can find the streets you've walked and the house you lived in. When guests come over, they lean in, find their way around and ask about it. That's MountedMaps.

How your map is made
From real-world data to your shelf
Your model isn't an illustration. It's built from the same kind of data used to map cities, then prepared and printed by us.

Frame your exact spot
You pick your area on a live, zoomable map powered by MapTiler, so you can line it up right down to your own street.

Real heights, trees and water
The 3D model is generated with Mini Skyline, a specialist 3D map tool. It uses LiDAR-measured building heights where they exist, like the UK and US, official building records across Europe, satellite maps of tree cover and measured lake and sea depths.

Prepared for print by us
Then our own print prep takes over. We repair every file so it prints cleanly, rebuild each building and tree as a solid part, and check every layer before it goes on the printer.

Printed in four colours
We print with a 0.4 mm nozzle and settings tuned for fine detail, then finish every model by hand and frame it.

Checked by hand, start to finish
You design your place, and we check every render by hand before we make it, so what arrives matches what you approved. Every model is made to order, finished by hand, framed and packed with care.
You never have to wonder where your order is. From the day it's placed, we email you real photos of your own model as it's being made, so you can watch it come together, all the way to your door.

Where we ship
Ireland, the UK, most of Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, plus many more countries by UPS or FedEx.
If your country isn't at checkout, it's because we can't ship there reliably yet. Email us and we'll let you know when we can.
If it isn't right, we make it right
If your model doesn't match the preview you approved, or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll remake it or refund you in full, and you don't need to send it back.
