Terms of Service

1. Who we are
MountedMaps is run by Kevin Li, trading as MountedMaps, 70 Coppinger Glade, Blackrock, A94N720, Ireland. Email: hello@mountedmaps.com. These terms apply to every order placed on mountedmaps.com.

2. Your order
Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. Prices and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If we can't make a model you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Your model
Every model is 3D printed to order and finished by hand. It is built from map data for the area you choose and follows the preview you approve. Very small details can be simplified, colours can look slightly different from your screen, and the map data may not show very recent changes to a place.

4. Changes and cancellations
Models you design yourself, and any model with a name label, are made to your own specification. They can't be changed or cancelled after ordering, and the 14-day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply to them.
Ready-made models: you can cancel within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@mountedmaps.com. Send the model back unused within 14 days of telling us, at your own cost. We refund the item price and standard shipping within 14 days of getting it back.

5. If it isn't right, we make it right
If your model doesn't match the preview you approved, or arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will remake it or refund you in full, and you don't need to send it back. This promise is in addition to your legal rights for faulty goods.

6. Shipping
Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping policy. Orders delivered outside the EU and UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, paid on delivery.

7. Name labels
You are responsible for the text you add to a label. We may refuse text that is offensive or uses someone else's rights, and refund that order.

8. Discount codes and store credit
Codes and store credit follow the terms shown when they are given. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.

9. Credits and ownership
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Models created with Mini Skyline (miniskyline.com). Satellite imagery © MapTiler. Our designs, photos, renders and site content belong to MountedMaps and can't be copied without our permission.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. Questions: hello@mountedmaps.com
